Join BDO Canada as a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our Consulting marketing strategy across Canada.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute high‑impact marketing plans supporting Consulting strategy and growth objectives.
- Establish trusted relationships with Consulting leadership and stakeholders.
- Influence leadership on marketing strategy and plans using a proactive approach.
- Leverage market and client insights and marketing best practices to ensure initiatives are cohesive, impactful, and responsive to market conditions.
- Plan, oversee, execute, and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive full‑funnel outcomes.
- Align initiatives with brand strategy to protect the firm’s reputation and market position.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Centres of Excellence (COEs) throughout planning, execution, and reporting phases.
- Ensure operational excellence through best practices, budget and invoice management, and tech‑enabled processes.
- Lead a team and coach and develop marketing talent.

- University degree in a related subject.
- 3‑5 years of marketing experience at the manager (or equivalent) level.
- B2B/professional services knowledge and/or experience is an asset.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong business acumen, curiosity, and data‑to‑insight skills that drive strategy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and digital marketing skills.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Expected range: $93,000 – $141,000 per year.
