Job Description & How to Apply Below

Help patients regain independence after a life-altering brain injury as a Registered Nurse on Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital’s Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Neurological Rehab unit.

In this role, you’ll tap into leading resources from the Toronto ABI Network and Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation, expanding your knowledge beyond standard practice.

By collaborating with physical medicine and rehabilitation experts, you’ll deepen your clinical proficiency in a field that demands both precision and compassion—witnessing tangible outcomes each day as patients rebuild their strength and confidence.

As a teaching hospital, you’ll also inspire the next generation of nurses by sharing the insights you gain through truly transformative rehabilitation work.

Is this you?

Are you the kind of nurse who sees complex and nuanced neurological conditions not as challenges, but as opportunities to dig deeper into the “why” behind each patient’s journey?

Your curiosity drives you to turn routine care, like supporting mobility or monitoring vitals, into personalized strategies that reflect each patient’s unique needs.

You’re quick to share insights with the care team, creating a supportive space where collaboration and learning move everyone forward.

You are at your best in environments where priorities can shift unexpectedly.

You treat these situations as opportunities to fine-tune your nursing approach and expand your skillset.

Your calm and steady approach keeps care on course and reassures patients as they work toward recovery.

Your willingness to pivot in real time reflects a genuine commitment to seeing each individual reach their next milestone.

Paired with genuine empathy, you create an environment where each victory—no matter how small—fuels hope for what’s next.

This powerful blend of determination and compassion supports both patients and caregivers through every stage of rehabilitation.
