Contract: 3 months with extensions

Hybrid: 3 days a week on site, location North York

Rate: 65-80/hr /T4A

BASE PAY RANGE: CA $65.00/hr - CA $80.00/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing technology transfer to support a major initiative with one of Canada’s leading pharmaceutical clients. This individual will lead the end- to- end transfer of commercial drug products from internal teams to external manufacturing partners (CMOs/CPOs).

The ideal candidate has previously led multiple technology transfers, understands pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and is comfortable driving complex programs with minimal oversight. This is a high-visibility senior role that requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of the pharma lifecycle.

• 5–10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (MUST be pharma—no food/cosmetics).
• Proven experience leading multiple (5+) end- to- end Technology Transfer projects involving external manufacturing partners.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Stability studies
  • Regulatory and compliance expectations
  • Budget management + milestone payments
  • Cross‑functional leadership
• Experience coordinating with CMOs/CPOs and working with cross‑functional teams (QA, QC, MS&T, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders and executives.
• Must be located in Canada and available 3 days onsite in North York.

• Experience with generics manufacturing
• Experience with SAP, MS Project, EPM, or similar PM tools
• Masters in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Pharmacy
• Experience supporting global manufacturing transfers
