As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of real estate leasing including but not limited to: leasing, management of property, and other activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist clients in leasing and renting properties by providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, and terms

Guide clients through the rental process, helping them find and lease the perfect home

Conduct property showings and open houses, effectively showcasing rental properties to prospective tenants

Build and nurture strong tenant-landlord relationships to facilitate smooth transactions

Prepare lease offer letters and lease agreements to be accepted by client

Skillfully negotiate lease agreements, securing favorable terms for both renters and property owners

Market property for lease and rent

Create compelling rental property listings with high-quality photographs and descriptions that highlight key features

Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing local rental market trends and offering clients accurate, up-to-date insights

Handle all administrative tasks related to lease agreements, ensuring seamless paperwork and documentation

Work closely with landlords, property managers, and leasing coordinators to facilitate successful lease transactions

Leverage exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups

Qualifications and Skills

A licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO certification

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for rental real estate

Knowledgeable about the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) rental market

An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
