Asset Manager - Multi Family properties

Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Multi-family, you will interact with and direct third parties when sending financial information related to the assets, which consist of 2000 units.Set asset strategy plans for each property, including long-term plans, projected performance, risk assessment, and market influences.Approve annual budgets and ensure they align with asset strategy plans.Manage valuations and property assessments, assess development potential, oversee communication strategies for each property, and provide quarterly projections.Review and approve capital projects and contribute to due diligence for new acquisitions.Prepare and present reports to the executive committee and stakeholders.What you will get out of it
