Position Description

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Showing vacant suites

Answering prospective tenant inquiries by telephone and email

Completing regular reporting on vacancy and metrics for management review

Conducting open houses

Addressing tenant issues

Processing tenant application forms; completing background checks, etc.

Supporting property management team with any other administrative tasks as required

Experience

In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:

Strong computer skills a MUST.

Ideally experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager /7s would be an asset

2+ years of experience as a leasing agent

Qualifications

MUST be flexible with working hours and be available to work weekends if required

Able to multi-task and work in fast a paced environment

Have strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships

Have excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet
