Job Description:
Our client within residential property management requires a Leasing Manager to join their team.
The leasing manager is responsible for marketing, leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to ensure maximum occupancy and retention of residents.
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain effective marketing for vacant apartment unitsCoordinate showings from all marketing sourcesEffectively lease vacant apartments and reduce vacancy via individual showingsResponsible for the collection of deposits, preparing and processing full application packages, obtaining relevant supporting documentation, lease preparation, and guiding prospective tenants through the application processProspect data entry into all required management systemsMust provide and maintain comparable market analysis of competitor pricing, product, and incentivesProvide weekly traffic reportsProactively identify changes required due to current market and competitive changes in the marketplaceDiligently follow-up with clients and present strong closing presentationComplete other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or related field is preferredThree years experience in residential leasing, or a demonstrated passion for real estate salesProficient in Microsoft ExcelPossess high level of attention to detailCreative and a strong deal closerAbility to work independently and in team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and time management skillsExcellent ability to prioritize and multi-taskOrganization and administrative skillsMust be willing to work evenings and weekends, as requiredYardi experience a plusIf you are already registered with TDS Personnel please contact your Consultant.
