Your ‘day To Day’ The purpose of the Senior Research Analyst role is to lead and oversee comprehensive diagnostic research in the market, understanding consumer behaviors and translating them into strategic insights. This role involves synthesizing all consumer insights, providing advanced and multidisciplinary reports, helping business partners harness a wide range of data sources, and predicting the impact of insights implementation.

The Senior Research Analyst enables senior management to design and implement business strategies, ensuring consumer‑centric decisions. They act as key advisors and sparring partners, answering complex business questions with precision.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage 360‑degree insight generation and management, closely cooperating with commercial and business planning management for various categories
  • Conduct analysis to support the improvement of customers' experience and generate strategic recommendations for action in market
  • Translate consumer research data into clear commercial actions and present them to key stakeholders on a constant basis
  • Constantly exploring data to figure out existing and changing trends and come up with creative ways to build foresight
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for consumer research and analytics
  • Design, brief, and recommend solutions & methodologies to various functions & to agencies to efficiently and effectively gather insights
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to perform root‑cause analyses, including data mining & collaborating cross‑functionally
Education
  • University Degree in Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Data Science, Economics, or equivalent
Work Experience
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Market Research, Insights and Analytics, etc.
  • Proven collaboration skills, building partnerships and working cross‑functionally with various teams
Other Skills / Function‑specific
  • Extended knowledge in market research methodologies such as trackers, segmentation, brand equity, conjoint analysis, price sensitivity measurement, and concept testing.
  • High proficiency in MS Office
  • Data storytelling skills, demonstrating the ability to connect, interpret, and present data to provide insightful and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
