We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Inventory Manager to join our growing team in Toronto. This is a high‑impact, in‑office role for someone who loves both the strategy and the physical execution of inventory management.

Inventory Operations & Strategy

• Own end‑to‑end inventory management across categories
• Build and maintain inventory strategies aligned with sales goals and growth
• Track sell‑through rates, turns, aging stock, and re‑order points
• Forecast inventory needs and support financial planning
• Partner closely with leadership on inventory insights and decision‑making

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze sell‑through, margins, and inventory performance
• Create clear reports and recommendations for leadership
• Identify opportunities to optimize cash flow and reduce waste

Hands‑On & Physical Work

• Receive, unpack, pack, and organize inventory shipments
• Lift and move heavy boxes (physical labour is a core part of this role)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
• Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity

• Experience in inventory management, operations, or supply chain
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel / inventory systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
• A problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
