As a Banana Republic stylist, you will help create aspirational and on-trend looks that deepen the customer's emotional connection to the brand. You will be an expert on styling and fashion, with thorough knowledge of designers, brands, and seasonal trends. Your role involves contributing to a positive, friendly, and inclusive environment that inspires customers and makes them feel welcome. Your goal is to grow the business by delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Draw inspiration from credible fashion references, including current style icons and influencers, and translate that into styling solutions for customers.
• Engage authentically with customers to understand and meet their styling needs.
• Serve as a Brand storyteller to create memorable experiences that drive sales and achieve store goals, with the customer as the focus.
• Demonstrate values and behaviors aligned with our Words to Live By.
• Assist in creating an inclusive environment where customers and employees feel a sense of belonging.

• Experienced in styling within luxury fashion or possess strong knowledge of trends and designer brands, capable of translating that into customer solutions.
• An effective communicator who builds meaningful connections that foster brand loyalty.
• Flexible and adaptable to work shifts that meet business needs, with a consistent or flexible schedule.
• Capable of maneuvering around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Passionate about hospitality, fashion, and styling.
• Comfortable engaging with customers.
• A team player and a champion of Gap Inc. culture.
• Curious with a “can do” attitude.
