Cold Storage Order Picker

Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Operation Supervisor, the Warehouse & Distribution Freezer Picker is responsible for order assembly, picking warehouse merchandise based on customer purchase orders, and preparing them for distribution.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer orders as a picker and assembler
• Assembling orders and palletizing products securely for shipping
• Reporting damages and inventory discrepancies
• Following FEFO or FIFO inventory rules
• Ensuring picking accuracy and productivity targets
• Maintaining workplace safety and security
• Ensuring equipment is in good condition
• Performing housekeeping and other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Valid Pallet Jack license
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to count and lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to work in cold environments (-20°C to 4°C)
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Stand for long periods, bend, and reach overhead
• Work under deadline pressure with organizational skills
