As a Starbucks barista, you will create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly‑crafted products. You will be in an energetic store environment where you can master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends, and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can brighten a customer’s day and bring the best moments to our store.

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and store safety.
• Engage with customers by discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift.
