Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service; they oversee daily store operations, opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floor-set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. As talent leaders, they handle recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
They are expected to bring their best selves every day, building upon foundations and growing into future store leaders.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve targets.
- Fulfill orders through Omni-Channel processes.
- Present and supervise the sales floor and store presentation.
- Manage store and stockroom operations.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
- Conduct training and development.

- Serve in asset protection duties.
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
