The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service; they oversee daily store operations, opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floor-set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. As talent leaders, they handle recruiting, training, engagement, and development.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
