As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You continuously grow your knowledge, interact with the store team, and share your expertise to help customers and business clients reach their goals.

• Connect, share, and partner with customers, identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Help customers meet and exceed their needs; be an expert on our products and services, and follow up to solicit feedback and promote additional offers that create value.
• Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm for wireless, and encourage referrals.
• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Maintain company merchandising and pricing standards.
• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards.
• Stay updated through internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.).
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and, when appropriate, escalated to management.

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or general sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Strong selling ability.
• Ability to coach others.
• Excellent communication skills across a variety of mediums.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Technology savvy.
