As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department, sharing your expertise and engaging customers to achieve their working and learning goals.

• Connect, share, and partner with customers; identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities.
• Be an expert on product and services, proactively reconnecting and following up with customers, soliciting feedback and promoting additional products that create value.
• Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm, and encourage referrals.
• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Maintain company merchandising and pricing standards.
• Support asset‑protection procedures and privacy standards.
• Stay updated through internal communication channels.
• Effectively resolve customer concerns, escalating when appropriate.

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Strong selling ability.
• Ability to coach others.
• Effective communication across multiple mediums.
