What a Typical Workday Looks LikeAs a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and store manager to achieve sales goals, maintain company standards, and motivate your team to excel.
Sales- Train team members in customer support, sales techniques, and product features.
- Provide a warm welcome, answer customer questions, and explain product details.
- Coordinate store activities with the management team.
- Keep the store running smoothly and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Achieve personal sales goals with training support.
- Share necessary information to achieve joint sales objectives.
- Mobilize a positive work environment that fosters excellence and pride within the La Vie en Rose team.
- Bring our vision, mission, and brand culture to life on the job.
- Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model.
- Recruit, prepare, and train the next generation of employees.
- Manage team members’ absences and lateness.
- Create an attractive and inviting store based on our planograms.
- Track competitor activity.
- Reflect the brand image to build a loyal customer base.
- Assist with incoming order planning and visual display setup.
- Help maintain store and back‑store appearance.
- Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports.
- Open and close the store.
- Adhere to policies and procedures from head office departments.
- Perform additional duties to support the team as needed.
- Previous team‑management experience in a retail environment.
- Passion for clothing that celebrates feel‑good femininity.
- Natural leader who knows how to motivate a team.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Active listener to customers and team needs.
- Goal‑oriented and consistently achieves objectives.
- Proactive, conscientious, and eager for new challenges.
