Garden Sales Associate

As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours.

The shifts will range from morning, afternoon and evening and will include all long weekends.

• Assist customers in selecting plants, gardening supplies, and landscaping products.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, gardening techniques, and landscaping options.
• Maintain the garden center by organizing merchandise, watering plants, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers for sales transactions and handle cash accurately.

• Take initiative when needed, working well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion and knowledge of working with and caring for plants
• Previous retail experience and horticulture knowledge
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of gardening practices, plants, and landscaping techniques is a plus.
• Ability to sell products confidently while providing excellent service.
• A passion for gardening and willingness to learn about new products and trends in the industry.
