Assessing AML of segments/products

Team Size/Culture: 14 data developers

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Degree/Certifications

Required:

MS Cloud, MS Data Engineer certs, any related Data Certs would be helpful

Years of Overall

Experience:

10 plus years

Preferred Candidate Background:

Data developer experience- senior resource with at least 10 years’ experience.

AML/ Banking Background would be ideal.

Experience working across different bank segments (Example; someone who has supported Wealth, Insurance, Securities for a major Bank).

Someone who can work under pressure, this is a time sensitive project

Will NOT be creating reports in this role. They will be creating data that will need to be reported on.

How will performance be measured: deliverables

Selling Points of Position (CVP):
Working on a high profile project for the bank

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

These will be development resources: getting data various sources, sources systems/ and bringing in cloud, running queries.

Generating metrics that meet the requirements

Metric supporting role

Ex:
Total # of high-risk customers, breaking down BU/segment. Every segment will store data differently, different products. Different logic needed for each unit.

Technical- write queries, operate in Azure cloud environment

Understand, distill and document what they are building for next year. Complex project- building YOY.

Bottled up the work that was previously done, documentation, communication. Ability to bring together different information into a readable format.

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) AML/Banking- strongly preferred, ability to understand banking segments. If they have worked across more than 3 banking segments in their past roles, this would be highly preferred!
