• Conduct proactive foot and vehicle patrols throughout the Newnham facilities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies with confidence and care.
• Provide excellent customer service and information to students, visitors, and faculty.
• Monitor access, enforce campus policies, and assist with crowd management during events.
• Prepare thorough incident reports and assist with investigations.
• Engage with Toronto Police, Fire, EMS, and campus partners as needed.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Ontario Security Guard License.
• First Aid/CPR.
• Strong communication skills and an upbeat, professional attitude.
• Ability to handle fast‑paced, diverse campus demands.
• Prior post‑secondary or healthcare security experience is an asset.
• Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
• Must not be a current Seneca student at Newnham.

High School Diploma.
