Position: Security Guard – Evenings
Location: Toronto, ON
Payrate: $17.85 per hour
Status: Full‑time
Shift: Tues‑Fri (15‑23 hrs) & Sat (11‑23 hrs)

Allied Universal seeks an experienced Security Guard for evening shifts to oversee a residential site in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with excellent communication skills, willing to work night shifts, and able to collaborate with a dynamic security team.

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor safety of premises.
• Maintain detailed patrol records, documenting incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Adhere to training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as required.

• Experience in concierge (residential) security.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Valid Ontario Security Licence.
• Eligibility to work in Canada up to 40 hrs/week.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Valid Driver’s Licence is an asset.
• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb stairs, lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
