- Position Title: Security Supervisor - Mobile Part Time
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Type: Part‑Time, various shifts
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high‑traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities.
- Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies.
- Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation.
- Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
- Experience with report writing and note‑taking.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
- Valid ON Security Guard License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
- Must provide a clear driver's abstract and ON Full G license.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Must be at least 25 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D. or equivalent work experience).
- G License, Clean Driver's Abstract, and age 25 or above for insurance purposes.
