• Monitor access control and CCTV systems.
• Patrol large areas on foot and by vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with staff, site management, and security teams.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent coverage.
• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to maintain security standards.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or corporate office building.
• Minimum age 25 due to company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Valid Ontario G‑class driver’s license preferred; G2 license considered.
• Eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours a week.
• Valid Ontario Security License.
• Standard CPR or willingness to obtain one (reimbursement provided).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer use.
• Proven experience with CCTV camera monitoring.
• Position requires foot patrols, extended periods of walking (indoors/outdoors).
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions, as patrols are required using company vehicles.
• Standard First Aid and CPR (reimbursement provided where necessary).
• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 15 kilograms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
