Key Responsibilities- Monitor access control and CCTV systems.
- Patrol large areas on foot and by vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with staff, site management, and security teams.
- Handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent coverage.
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to maintain security standards.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or corporate office building.
- Minimum age 25 due to company vehicle insurance requirements.
- Valid Ontario G‑class driver’s license preferred; G2 license considered.
- Eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours a week.
- Valid Ontario Security License.
- Standard CPR or willingness to obtain one (reimbursement provided).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer use.
- Proven experience with CCTV camera monitoring.
- Position requires foot patrols, extended periods of walking (indoors/outdoors).
- Ability to drive in all weather conditions, as patrols are required using company vehicles.
- Standard First Aid and CPR (reimbursement provided where necessary).
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 15 kilograms.
