This role requires a highly professional and polished concierge to serve residents, guests, and vendors at a luxury residential site. The Security Concierge will be the first point of contact and must blend premium hospitality with advanced security awareness. Minimum of 5 years of elite concierge or front‑of‑house experience is required, and a valid Ontario Security Guard License is mandatory.

• Deliver premium, white‑glove concierge service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Monitor site access, verify identification, and manage visitor entry/exit.
• Conduct routine patrols and oversee surveillance to ensure site safety.
• Maintain strong visibility at designated posts and respond to security concerns.
• Communicate effectively with security teams and site management via radio.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical and security incidents.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and shift reports accurately.
• Protect property, assets, and sensitive areas from unauthorized access.
• Uphold all safety protocols and ensure compliance across the site.

• Minimum 5 years of elite concierge, luxury hospitality, or upscale front‑of‑house experience.
• Prior security experience is an asset but not required if concierge background is exceptional.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
