Hours of Work: Flexible schedule with various shifts available
Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, for suspicious activity
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access or activity
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner
• Enforce property rules and company policies
• Prepare incident and daily activity reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a strong and visible presence to promote a safe atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors
• Communicate effectively with team members, site staff, and emergency services when required

Role Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Strong observational and surveillance skills
• Proficiency in CCTV system operation
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
