Toronto, Ontario (M5V 2A4). Full‑time, consistent schedule:
Tuesday to Friday, 09:45 – 19:00.

• Pay rate: $19.25 per hour
• Hands‑off assignment focused on visibility and communication

Maintain a professional and alert presence at the front entrance while supporting store operations through effective communication and customer engagement.

• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and misbehaviour
• Conduct receipt checks in accordance with site policy
• Issue verbal trespass warnings when required, following established procedures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and staff using on‑site radio systems
• Support staff during incidents and manage customer line‑ups when necessary
• Remain stationed at the entrance throughout the shift and support opening and closing procedures
• De‑escalate situations calmly and professionally when customer concerns arise

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid security license
• First aid certification – required
• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing security environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and de‑escalation skills
• Professional appearance and reliable, punctual work ethic
• Ability to remain attentive and engaged for the duration of the shift
• Comfort enforcing site policies respectfully and consistently
