Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Salesforce Development
Experience:
At least four years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Salesforce
Certifications:
Salesforce Developer certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I & II) or equivalent experience. - Apex & Visualforce:
Strong knowledge of Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components. - Salesforce Administration:
Familiarity with Salesforce administrative functions such as profiles, permission sets, workflows, and process builder. - APIs & Integration:
Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party tools. - Database Knowledge:
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL. - Version Control:
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. - Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and interact with non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools. - Customization & Configuration:
Customize Salesforce standard objects and fields, create custom objects, workflows, triggers, and process automation to meet business requirements. - Integration:
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow across systems. - Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide ongoing support for Salesforce solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. - Code Quality & Best Practices:
Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices, implementing unit tests, and conducting code reviews. - Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet both technical and business needs. - Salesforce Release Management:
Manage change sets and assist with deployment to production, following a structured release management process. - Documentation:
Create technical documentation for all custom solutions and integrations. - Training & Mentorship:
Assist in training end-users and junior developers, sharing knowledge on best practices and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Advanced Salesforce
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer II or other specialized certifications (Salesforce Advanced Administrator, App Builder, etc.). - Agile
Experience:
Experience working in an Agile environment with iterative development cycles. - Salesforce Lightning
Experience:
Experience with Salesforce Lightning development. - Dev Ops & CI/CD:
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes in Salesforce development.
