Senior Frontend Developer

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React) to join our growing development team. This role will contribute to building immersive, data-driven web applications that enable innovative business decision-making. The Senior Frontend Developer will bring responsive, scalable, and engaging user experiences to life and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers in a hybrid model, blending remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay current with frontend development trends and emerging technologies.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues across different environments.

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
• Experience with rapid UI development with consistent design system tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of RESTful API integration.
• Experience with CSS frameworks/preprocessors (Sass, Styled Components, or similar).
• Experience with Type Script , Docker and Terraform.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
