• Work with a global team of engineers, designers, and leaders to create meaningful product experiences.
• Engage with the Insomnia open source community.
• Help maintain strong and healthy engineering standards by engaging in discussions, reviewing decisions and pull requests, and more.
• Assist with any additional minor responsibilities necessary to build a great product in a small team.

• Strong coding skills, with an emphasis on the ability to build understandable and maintainable software while collaborating with others.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, evident in the quality of technical specifications, discourse, and feedback.
• Empathy for your teammates and end users, reflected in how usable your product is, how you write your code, and how you work with others.
• Enthusiasm to learn and expand your knowledge.
• Bonus:
  An understanding of building software outside the web sandbox. Insomnia frequently requires engineering for specific platforms, e.g., Electron.
