• Define and drive the long‑term technical vision and strategy for front‑end applications (mobile and web)
• Lead architectural design and development of high‑performance front‑end applications using React Native and Angular
• Act as a technical mentor and force‑multiplier for the front‑end engineering team; coach senior and intermediate engineers
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across front‑end platforms; architect solutions for high‑frequency real‑time data streaming
• Establish and govern front‑end engineering best practices – code quality, component libraries, state management, testing strategies, CI/CD, and cross‑platform development
• Spearhead research, prototyping, and adoption of new front‑end technologies and frameworks to keep the platform modern and competitive
• Champion the exploration and integration of AI tools and technologies to enhance developer productivity and improve application features
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, architects, and other engineering leaders to influence the product roadmap and ensure seamless integration across the platform
• Tackle complex technical challenges in the front‑end domain, including performance, cross‑platform compatibility, and state management at scale

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on large‑scale web and mobile applications
• Expert‑level knowledge of JavaScript/Type Script and the React Native ecosystem; deep understanding of internal workings and performance characteristics
• Strong experience with modern web development using Angular; proven ability to build and maintain complex single‑page applications
• Experience with or understanding of back‑end development using NodeJS is a strong asset
• Demonstrated experience in architectural leadership, building and scaling complex, high‑traffic front‑end applications
• Proven experience in optimizing front‑end performance (web and mobile), including memory profiling, bundle size reduction, and render optimizations; deep understanding of real‑time data streaming technologies (e.g., Web Sockets)
• Proven technical leadership or mentorship capacity; ability to guide technical discussions and influence peers
• In‑depth experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx), RESTful APIs, and front‑end build tools and CI/CD practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence technical direction
• Strong sense of ownership, pragmatic results‑oriented mindset, and accountability for outcomes
• Passion for continuous learning, staying current with industry trends, and driving innovation within the team
