• Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects in software applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work after updates.
• Develop automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Participate in code reviews to enhance software quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and results.
• Mentor junior QA engineers to foster professional growth.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and QA practices.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Commitment to achieving quality standards and compliance regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify defects.
• Ability to conduct regression testing and ensure software integrity.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes.
• Experience mentoring junior team members in QA processes.
• Excellent documentation skills for test plans and results.
