We're seeking exceptional engineers who can bridge the gap between Salesforce's capabilities and our ambitious platform vision. This isn't a traditional Salesforce role – we need engineers who can both master Salesforce's constraints and break free when needed.

You will be at the forefront of building government technology that can reach 100+ million U.S. and Canadian citizens. You will have the opportunity to build off‑platform, without being confined within Salesforce. You'll build custom applications on the Salesforce platform and grow professionally.

Reporting to our Team Lead, you will support large‑scale initiatives such as the Clariti Enterprise project for the City of LA. You will lead technical design discussions, mentor junior team members, delegate tasks, implement best practices, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability for enterprise‑level deployments. You will roll up sleeves, try new processes, provide feedback, and support the team through change.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to enhance our product

• Must be living and working out of Canada
• One of the following archetypes:
• Salesforce Masters – Years of experience wrestling with Salesforce limits, building complex solutions that push Salesforce to its breaking point, strong opinions about development patterns, and readiness to build next platform while maintaining deep Salesforce integration.
• Product Engineering Experts – Architecture across multiple platforms/frameworks, proven track record of diving into complex codebases and shipping improvements quickly, deep expertise in modern development practices, and excitement about applying broad engineering experience to both Salesforce and off‑platform solutions.
• Bonus:

Base salary range: $103,000–$160,000 based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional benefits depend on employment type.

• Background checks: successful candidates undergo comprehensive background checks with emphasis on global sanctions and criminal offenses relevant to employment at Clariti.
• Travel: remote company, but roles expected to attend occasional in‑person meetings, 1–2 times per year.
