Join the Center of Money development team as a Manager 2, Software Engineering for a Full Stack team based in Toronto. We’re building the primary destination for users to optimize their money through a comprehensive suite of fast money and lending offers that improve cash flow and financial flexibility. At Center of Money, you’ll help revolutionize the way the world manages and grows its financial wellbeing. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in the Toronto office.
- Build high performing teams by putting the right people in the right job at the right time.

- Help bring out the best ideas from the best engineers by empowering them and leading by example.
- Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships and alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance).
- Guide your team to create and bring customer‑driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future.
- Drive broad initiatives that span multiple teams and can extend across business units.
- 3+ years experienced as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer‑driven software products.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
- Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
- Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders.
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8‑12 years of hands‑on software development experience (list specific tech exp).
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for full‑stack development and building amazing customer experiences.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Toronto $165,000 - $223,000 CAD.
