Position Summary
As a Web Engineer on the Frontend Core Team, you will build and maintain core platform components, developer tooling, reusable SDKs, and foundational modules such as routing, identity, state management, analytics and observability. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product and design teams to create robust, scalable systems that enable other teams to ship faster.

In This Role, You Will

Develop and maintain core platform components: routing, identity, state management, observability, analytics, etc.

Design and improve developer tooling such as linters, code generators and build pipelines.

Build and support reusable SDKs for consistent front‑end functionality.

Write clear documentation for SDKs and tooling.

Collaborate effectively with product, engineering managers and designers.

Participate in code reviews, technical design and planning discussions.

Adhere to security and system operation policies:
Access Control, Encryption, Logging, Change Management, Platform Security, and Physical/Incident Management.

About You

3+ years of experience with React, Type Script, and Node.js.

Hands‑on experience with modern front‑end build tools (Webpack, Vite).

Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Salary (Canada)
$106,000–$117,800 CAD  (base salary only; does not include bonus, equity or benefits).

Toronto office‑centric roles and remote‑eligible positions across Canada and the U.S. All Toronto‑area Leaguers (within 65 km of downtown HQ) collaborate in‑office Monday‑Thursday. Flexible remote days are available.
