We are seeking a  Senior AI / ML Engineer  with deep hands‑on experience building  Agentic AI systems  and deploying production‑grade machine learning applications at enterprise scale. This role focuses on designing high‑performance cloud infrastructure, orchestrating ML workflows, and enabling scalable AI solutions.

Key Skills & Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)

Senior-level, hands‑on experience  building  Agentic AI systems  using the  Lang Graph ecosystem  (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Lang Serve, etc.)

Proven track record delivering  production‑scale AI applications  (not prototypes)

Strong experience with  Python ,  LLMOps , and AI orchestration frameworks

Extensive hands‑on experience with  enterprise‑scale AI/ML systems

Solid knowledge of  PyTorch  and  Tensor Flow

Familiarity with  Big Query ,  Lang Graph , and  Lang Chain

Experience working with  Kubernetes ,  Docker , and  Cloud Composer

GCP strongly preferred , though highly experienced senior engineers on other cloud platforms may be considered

Mandatory:  At least  2 years of experience in retail or loyalty programs

What You Will Do

Architect and maintain  scalable cloud infrastructure  using GCP services such as:

Big Table

Big Query

Automate and orchestrate  end‑to‑end ML workflows , including ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment

Enhance platform usability and improve scalability for ML practitioners

Optimize data pipelines for  low latency and cost efficiency

Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery mechanisms

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and improve engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

6+ years  of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, or ML platforms

Strong hands‑on experience with GCP tools, including:
Big Query

Big Table

Expert‑level Python skills  (technical test will be in Python)

Experience with  Java  or  SQL  for backend or data processing workflows

Proficiency with workflow orchestration (e.g.,  Apache Airflow )

Strong CI/CD and Dev Ops experience

Proficiency with  Docker  and  Kubernetes
