What You’ll Do
Craft delightful digital experiences:
Design, implement, and maintain front-end features using React and modern JavaScript/Type Script.
Collaborate and communicate:
Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers in an asynchronous workflow.
Lead and take ownership:
As a senior member, you’ll drive projects from concept to completion.
Optimize, iterate, and improve:
Involve yourself in brainstorming and technical discussions.
Mentor and learn:
Guide and mentor junior developers by sharing your expertise and providing constructive feedback.
Example Projects You May Join
Large scale B2B2C Commerce Platform:
Help build a responsive, mobile-first experience for an international e-commerce client.
Develop from scratch an application:
Collaborate with a senior backend engineer/architect to build a modern application.
Real-Time Medical Dashboard:
Develop front-end features for a real-time analytics dashboard for a pet healthcare client.
How We Measure Success In This Role
In the first two weeks, you've set up your development environment and tools, you've pushed your first meaningful contribution, and you're familiar with our async workflows and communication style.
In the first 3 months, you’ve led development on a significant feature or initiative, you’ve actively mentored a teammate or shared knowledge, and you’ve established trust with clients through clear communication and technical guidance.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of professional front-end development experience building digital applications.
Proven ability to craft, polish, and delight, with an eye for design and UX.
Quality and reliability:
You take pride in building high-quality software and are diligent about testing and documentation.
Self-driven and accountable:
You’re comfortable managing your own projects and time without heavy oversight.
Great communication and empathy are a must.
