Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer - Agentic Systems / LLMOPS  We’re looking for an AI Engineer with deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing multi-agent architectures, integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and delivering production-grade AI workflows on AWS or similar cloud environments. You’ll be at the center of innovation — turning complex semiconductor design workflows into scalable, autonomous AI agents capable of long-horizon reasoning and execution.
Technical Requirements (Must-Have)   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of software development experience in cloud environments; 2+ years hands-on with agentic AI or LLM deployment.
Agentic AI Development
Experience building and deploying  multi-agent AI systems .
Knowledge of  supervisor/sub-agent orchestration patterns .
Hands-on with  Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Lang Smith .
Proficient in  RAG pipelines, memory management, and agent evaluation .
Strong  Python  skills with backend API integration experience.
Familiarity with  containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)  and  CI/CD pipelines .

Experience with  AWS  or similar cloud platforms.
Performance & Monitoring
Design and implement  evaluation pipelines  (grounding accuracy, reasoning robustness, tool reliability).
Knowledge of  monitoring and observability tools  like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
Optimize AI systems for  scalability, low latency, and high throughput .
Responsibilities   Build, deploy, and optimize  multi-agent AI systems  integrating enterprise workflows.
Implement  RAG pipelines, long-term memory, and multi-step reasoning .
Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize models in production.
Monitor and fine-tune agent performance in cloud environments.

Preferred Experience   Contributions to open-source AI projects.

Experience with reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or autonomous reasoning.
Knowledge of semiconductor tool integrations.
