Fullstack Developer

RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS
- Strong back-end development skills with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Experience with Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, especially in modernization projects
- Solid understanding of database systems including Oracle
DB2 and SQL - Familiarity with development tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Intelli
J, and Eclipse - Strong understanding of the insurance domain, particularly in Policy Administration, Claims Processing, and Billing systems
- Knowledge of API integration, security standards, and performance tuning
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular for front-end and Java (Spring Boot) for back-end services
- Collaborate with teams to modernize Mainframe applications and integrate them with distributed systems
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to ensure secure data exchange between systems
- Work closely with business analysts and domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UI, middleware, and Mainframe layers
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
