QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in automation testing across UI and API layers, particularly within the banking domain.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks, scripting in Java, and CI/CD pipeline creation.

This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through robust automated testing strategies.

• Perform automation testing for applications, including both UI and API layers.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.
• Test APIs using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and Karate.
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Java.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards.
• Use version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong experience in the banking domain.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate).
• Solid programming skills in Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Bitbucket.

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exposure to performance testing tools and practices.
