• Build and maintain containerized microservices using Kubernetes (GKE), ensuring scalability, reliability, and secure operation.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and voice engineering teams to translate business and IVR requirements into technical specifications and service designs.
• Support the migration away from Mule Soft, including rewriting integrations, rebuilding service logic, and ensuring compatibility with the new GCP based architecture.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for new and existing voice related services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for contact centre operations.
• Participate in daily Agile meetings (stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning) and contribute to the iterative delivery of new voice service capabilities.
• Implement security best practices for API development, including authentication, authorization, secrets management, and compliance with bank standards.
• Work closely with QA teams to define test cases, support automated testing, and validate end to end functionality across IVR and backend systems.
• Document technical designs, service flows, and deployment procedures to support operational readiness and future maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (voice operations, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security) to ensure seamless integration and rollout of the new voice service.
• Provide production support for voice APIs and services, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of issues.

• 10 years of hands‑on experience with Java / Spring Boot, Git Hub
• 3-5 years of experience with GCP using Kubernetes/Kubernetes GKE
• 3-5 years of hands‑on design and development of APIs and microservices using Java.

• API testing tools (Postman)
• Experience with Web Sphere and Tomcat
• SQL experience

The best candidate is a full-stack Java developer with strong experience building and deploying microservices, ideally with hands‑on expertise using Kubernetes for container orchestration on GCP.

• 2 Rounds: 1st round – Hiring managers – 30 mins – MS Teams Video – The first 10 mins is for Introduction, role overview, and what they are looking for. The rest of the interview will review the candidate’s experience and knowledge‑based questions. Interpersonal questions as well.
