What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and build AI-first user experiences and scalable AI systems, focusing on experimentation and performance evaluation
Influence product direction by providing an engineering-driven perspective during early-stage development
Develop AI-assisted modeling and authoring workflows to enhance plan design and data mapping for customers
Implement evaluation and safety mechanisms to ensure trustworthy AI behavior
Create reusable AI platform components to support efficient feature development across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on shipping production systems
Proven track record in building AI-powered products or platforms in exploratory settings
Hands‑on experience with AI systems, including model integration and performance management
Proficiency in Python/Django, Type Script/JavaScript, React, and PostgreSQL
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in early AI feature development and managing AI evaluation and guardrails
Familiarity with APIs, data modeling, and operational challenges of AI systems
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make technical decisions effectively
