The Solutions Developer will support and enhance existing production tools used across Operations & Delivery while partnering with business and delivery teams to build new process improvement and automation solutions
. This role is ideal for a junior developer with hands‑on coding experience who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment and is eager to contribute to both current initiatives and future enhancements.

• Support existing production tools across Operations & Delivery
• Design, build, test, debug, and document new automation and process improvement tools
• Collaborate with business partners and delivery teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Write, test, and debug code according to specifications provided by senior staff
• Participate in code reviews and ensure consistency with established coding standards
• Modify and maintain programming systems, including encoding, testing, and documentation
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior team members
• Ensure required documentation is stored in project repositories and support knowledge transfer to full-time staff
• Participate in after‑hours on‑call support rotation as required
• Work within an Agile delivery model to deploy solutions efficiently

• Computer Science degree (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a developer role with hands‑on coding
• Strong experience coding with HTML, CSS, and Java Script , including building and updating code from scratch
• Advanced knowledge of Visual Basic (VBA), MS Access, and MS Excel
• Advanced SQL knowledge with experience working with SQL databases
• Ability to use browser developer tools to understand website APIs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
• Personable, team‑oriented mindset with an interactive and collaborative approach

• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

• Part of the Core Automation Team within Operations Performance & Modernization
• Agile‑focused team of technically skilled subject matter experts
• Supports ideation, development, deployment, and governance of automation tools and workflows
• Works under immediate supervision with guidance from project leaders and senior developers
