This Engineering Manager leads technical teams within Global Cash Management Engineering. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily engineering operations and technical solution delivery
- Manage software delivery through Development Leads and Scrum Masters
- Plan resources, project forecasts, and software development budgets
- Approve technology strategies, governance policies, and delivery frameworks
- Mentor talent and maintain engineering quality benchmarks
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading enterprise or financial services engineering teams

- Experience with delivery metrics, including Cumulative Flow Diagrams
- Knowledge of secure development, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards
