• Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client.
• Conduct initial client assessment and goal‑setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi‑private sessions.
• Work with the Pilates Manager to grow your book of business.
• Complete all administrative requirements for client management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well‑rounded member experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to all Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain consistent client activity to achieve results.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.

• Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, etc.).
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a certified program.
• Valid copy of Pilates certification(s) available upon request.
• Exceptional customer‑service skills.

• Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Pushing, pulling, and ability to safely spot and correct clients during session.
