Studio Fitness Instructors are fitness and health enthusiasts who share their knowledge with members in a fun group setting. They motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals through group exercise classes, are personable and energetic, and are dedicated to improving members’ health and wellness.

• Arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the class begins
• Check in at the front desk and interact with members before class
• Welcome participants, introduce yourself, and set a positive tone
• Conduct classes with enthusiasm and motivation
• Monitor safety and proper technique, and adapt to participants’ needs
• Engage with members after class to gather feedback and build rapport

• Certifications or workshops related to fitness and health
• 1+ year of experience as a Studio Fitness Instructor is advantageous
• Recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work
• Current CPR/First Aid certification for all team members prior to start date and maintained throughout employment

• You’re a fitness enthusiast who lives and breathes health and wellness
• You’re friendly and able to cultivate positive client relations
• You enjoy public speaking and presenting to groups
• You’re flexible and adapt well to change
• You’re reliable and punctual
• You have the technical knowledge for your designated studio fitness class
• You’re motivated, proactive, and take ownership of your work
