- Oversee the operation of the golf shop and backroom (product purchases/sales, inventory management, equipment rental, practice range, bag storage, locker management, etc.).
- In collaboration with senior management, plan staffing needs and recruit the necessary personnel.
- Manage employee schedules to optimize the use of facilities and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate skill level and performance of staff, provide feedback, training, and encouragement.
- Ensure harmony within the team and manage conflicts.
- Ensure safety of employees and users.
- Greet members and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Meet regularly with customers to gauge satisfaction, propose procedures, and follow up once approved.
- Represent the brand image of Club Sports Belvédère.
- Offer private and group golf lessons at all levels.
- Organize junior clinics and programs.
- Act as mentor for young golfers and assistant staff.
- Oversee reservation systems, training programs (juniors, first swings, golf lessons, etc.) and organization of golf tournaments.
- Collaborate with committees (golf, turf and curling).
- Ensure compliance with golf rules and ethics of play on the course.
- Work closely with senior management to prepare operating budgets for the sector.
- Manage and monitor the sector’s budget and ensure compliance with parameters.
- Produce performance reports and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with club policies and Golf Québec/Canada and Curling Québec/Canada standards.
- Coordinate between sectors and other departments (catering, grounds, finance, etc.).
- Leadership, professionalism and ethics.
- General management and customer service skills.
- Time and stress management ability.
- Planning and organization of human, financial and material resources.
- Teamwork and clear communication of vision, objectives and results.
- Problem‑solving techniques and analytical skills.
- Understanding of golf club operations.
- Availability throughout hours of operation.
- Membership (or in‑process) with the Professional Golfers’ Association of Canada (PGA of Canada).
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of club management software (Microsoft Office, Chronogolf, Lightspeed).
- Bilingual (French essential, English an asset).
- Salary between $50,000 and $70,000 per year.
- Benefits negotiated.
- PGA of Canada / PGA of Québec membership fees paid by the Club.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic vision and day‑to‑day operations of the property’s wellness ecosystem (fitness centre, group studios, hydrotherapy areas, infinity pool and restorative spaces).
- Curate a diverse portfolio of wellness experiences from low‑impact restorative sessions to high‑performance results‑driven programmes.
- Champion a refined guest journey that moves seamlessly from exertion to recovery.
