Job Summary
We are seeking to fill a current vacancy for a Customer Service Logistics Analyst (CSLA) to support our customer service and supply chain operations. This full‑time, permanent role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, monitoring logistics performance, resolving delivery issues, and analyzing data to improve service levels and operational efficiency.

Customer Service & Order Management- Serve as a key contact for customers regarding order status, shipping, and delivery issues
- Proactively resolve service issues such as delays, shortages, or incorrect shipments
- Maintain accurate order, pricing, and shipping data
- Coordinate shipments with warehouses and carriers
- Track outbound shipments and ensure on‑time delivery
- Investigate claims, delivery exceptions, and discrepancies
- Support transportation planning and freight optimization
- Analyze logistics and customer service KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, lead times, claims, etc.)
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for service improvement
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply‑chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in a Toronto office
- MS Excel proficiency;
Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools - Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environments (asset)
- Knowledge of logistics KPIs and service‑level metrics (asset)
- Immediate ownership of responsibilities and key projects from Day 1
