Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing food, beverage, and supply inventory to support concessions and other operational areas. They maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper product rotation, and uphold Legends’ standards for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Warehouse Associates play a key role in supporting event operations by ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in excellent condition.

The Role

Warehouse Associates support event and day-to-day operations through accurate inventory handling, safe material movement, and consistent execution of warehouse standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy and quality

  • Unload trucks and store products in designated warehouse areas

  • Pick orders and prepare deliveries for concession stands, vending, and suites

  • Record inventory movement using inventory management systems

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces

  • Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies

  • Rotate stock to prevent spoilage and waste

  • Follow all health and safety procedures and report hazards

  • Support warehouse leads and supervisors with special tasks as assigned

Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems

  • Ability to operate material handling equipment

  • Effective teamwork and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Knowledge, Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

  • Understanding of food handling and storage practices

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends

Physical Demands
  • Heavy physical labour, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50–75 lbs

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders or stairs

  • Operation of pallet jacks, dollies, and similar equipment

  • Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

  • Manual dexterity for handling inventory and operating systems
