Warehouse Associate / Order Picker

Scarborough, Ontario (Near Midland & Progress intersection)

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$17.60 per hour

This position supports general warehouse operations within a busy distribution environment. The work involves order picking and preparing products for shipment in a fast‑paced setting. Associates in this role are on their feet for most of the shift and move throughout the warehouse to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Pick and pack orders while staying active throughout the shift.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with every order.
• Adhere to order instructions, including item location and quantity.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Properly prepare and package items for shipment.

• Valid Driver's License (preferred)
• Criminal Background Check clearance
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse order picking.
• Experience using RF scanners is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift items ranging from 20 to 50 lbs, based on the order.
• Comfortable using 5‑step ladders.

This is a distribution center setting where you'll be utilizing RF scanners to process orders.
