Administration Assistant – Payroll Focus | Fixed Term (3 Months)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support payroll and general office administration on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in assisting payroll processing while also supporting day-to-day office operations.
Hours:Approximately 25–30 hours per week (Friday availability required)
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with payroll preparation and processing
- Collecting, checking, and entering employee timesheets
- Maintaining accurate payroll and employee records
- Responding to basic payroll queries and escalating as required
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry and filing
- Supporting onboarding and other ad‑hoc administrative tasks
- Previous administration experience, ideally with payroll exposure
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Employment Hero or similar payroll systems highly regarded
This role is ideal for someone with payroll experience looking for a short-term opportunity in a supportive office environment.
