You will support the commercial management of residential developments by driving value and cost control. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, monitoring costs, and preparing sub-contract documentation. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
